Apple Protein Crepes

Ingredients

For the crepes:

  • 1 scoop Dymatize ISO100 Fruity Pebbles
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp oat flour (or powdered oats)
  • 3 – 4 tbsp milk (almond or regular, to thin batter)
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • Pinch baking powder (optional)

For the apple filling:

  • ½ medium apple (thinly sliced)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Few drops vanilla extract (optional)
  • Splash of water

Directions

  1. Add milk gradually and mix until you get a thin, smooth batter.
  2. Pour a thin layer onto a lightly greased non-stick pan and cook 1 – 2 minutes per side. Repeat with remaining batter.
  3. In the same pan, cook sliced apple with a splash of water and cinnamon for 2 – 3 minutes until soft.
  4. Fill crepes with warm apples, fold and serve.
