Blueberry Cheesecake Protein Balls
Ingredients
- 1 scoop ISO100 Gourmet Vanilla protein powder
- 1⁄4 cup coconut flour
- 1 1⁄2 Tbsp. stevia
- 2 oz. cream cheese
- 12 blueberries, mashed
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together. If it’s too thick, add a teaspoon of water. If it’s too thin, add a teaspoon of coconut flour.
- Once you’ve reached the desired consistency, divide and roll into 5 tablespoon-sized balls.
- Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes & enjoy.
