Strawberry Protein Popsicle

Strawberry Protein Popsicle
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Dymatize ISO100 Strawberry
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- ½ cup milk of choice (almond, oat, skim, etc.)
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 2 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup for sweetness
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- In a blender, combine strawberries, Greek yogurt, milk, Dymatize ISO100 Strawberry, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Give the mixture a quick taste. Add more sweetener if needed or a splash more milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
- Pour the blended mixture into your popsicle molds. Leave a little space at the top as the mixture expands slightly when freezing.
- Insert popsicle sticks and place the molds in the freezer for at least 4 – 6 hours, or until fully set.
- To easily release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. Enjoy your chilled, protein-packed treat!
