Chocolate Protein Bites
If you need a quick and easy snack that you can pop into your mouth anytime, chocolate bites are the way to go. These bite-sized treats are made with chocolate protein powder, and a touch of honey for sweetness. They’re incredibly satisfying, with a perfect balance of crunchiness and chewiness. The rich chocolate flavor is enhanced by the nutty undertones, making them a delightful treat that you can enjoy on the go.
Chocolate Protein Bites
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup peanut butter
- 1 & 1⁄2 scoops Elite 100% Whey Rich Chocolate
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoon coconut oil
- All-natural sprinkles for topping
Directions
- Add peanut butter and protein powder to a bowl and mix well until you reach a thick dough consistency.
- Roll dough into a ball and place on a parchment paper-lined plate. Slightly flatten the dough and place in the freezer for 30 minutes – 1 hour.
- Cut out hearts using a cookie cutter and set them back in the freezer for at least 1 hour. Melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring between each.
- Dip each heart into melted chocolate and place on another parchment paper-lined plate.
- Top with sprinkles and set back in the freezer to set for another hour or 2.
- Keep stored in the freezer. Enjoy!
