Chocolate Protein Shake
Ingredients
- 200 ml Milk Of Choice
- 1 Tablespoon Rolled Oats
- 2 Pitted Dates
- 1 Tablespoon hazelnut spread
- 1 Scoop Of ISO100 Cocoa Pebbles
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
Directions
- In a blender, add all of these ingredients and blend them until they are well combined and the shake is smooth.
