Frozen Yoghurt Treats
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup Medjool dates, pits removed
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 scoop of ISO100 Gourmet Vanilla
- 1 cup almond butter
- ¼ cup ground flaxseeds
- 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
- 1½ cups unsweetened yogurt
- Confetti sprinkles for toppings
Directions
- Thaw the frozen mixed berries and remove the pits from the Medjool dates.
- In a food processor, combine the mixed berries, Medjool dates, ISO100 Gourmet Vanilla, rolled oats, almond butter, ground flaxseeds, and ground cinnamon.
- Pulse until the mixture is well combined and forms a sticky dough-like consistency.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, using your hands.
- Place the energy bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and chill the energy bites for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Serve the energy bites with unsweetened yogurt for dipping or spreading.
