Frozen Yoghurt Treats

Frozen Yoghurt Treats

  • 25g Protein

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup Medjool dates, pits removed
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 scoop of ISO100 Gourmet Vanilla
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup ground flaxseeds
  • 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1½ cups unsweetened yogurt
  • Confetti sprinkles for toppings

Directions

  1. Thaw the frozen mixed berries and remove the pits from the Medjool dates.
  2. In a food processor, combine the mixed berries, Medjool dates, ISO100 Gourmet Vanilla, rolled oats, almond butter, ground flaxseeds, and ground cinnamon.
  3. Pulse until the mixture is well combined and forms a sticky dough-like consistency.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, using your hands.
  5. Place the energy bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and chill the energy bites for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  7. Serve the energy bites with unsweetened yogurt for dipping or spreading.
