Ingredients
- 1.5 liter of full-cream milk
- ¼ cup of cream (is optional)
- ¼ cup of sugar or honey for sweetness
- 20 chopped pistachios
- 2 tablespoons of saffron milk

- ½ teaspoon of cardamom powder
Directions
- In a heavy-bottomed pan, all of the full-cream milk into and bring it to a boil over medium heat. Make sure to give this a good stir every few minutes to prevent burning.
- Once the milk starts boiling, lower the flame and let it simmer while stirring continuously. Do this until the milk reduces to half its original quantity. This will take about 20 – 25 minutes.
- In this, add in the sugar or honey, saffron milk, and cardamom powder, Dymatize ISO100 Gourmet Vanilla protein powder, and stir to mix well until the flavors are all combined.
- If you’re using the cream, add it to this mixture for the texture and extra richness.
- Then you toss in the chopped pistachios and give it a final mix for about 2 – 3 minutes until it is all combined well.
- Let this cool down for 10 – 15 minutes and then pour the kulfi mixture mixture into kulfi molds or small cups. Cover them up with some foil and insert ice cream sticks.
- Set this in the freezer overnight or at least 6 – 7 to get the best results.
- Once the kulfi is completely set, make sure to dip the molds in some warm water for a few seconds to get the kulfi off the molds. Be gentle at this stage to ensure the kulfi isn’t breaking or melting.
