  • 25g Protein


  • ¼ Cup Dry Oats
  • 1 Scoop Of ISO100 Fruity Pebbles
  • ½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 ½ Cup Of Milk Of Choice
  • Handful Of Ice Cubes
