Protein Banana Bread

Protein Banana Bread

  • 50g Protein


  • 1 ½ Cups flour Of Choice
  • 2 Scoops Of Iso100 Gourmet Vanilla
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ¾ Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • Salt To Taste
  • ½ Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 ½ cups mashed Overripe Banana
  • ½ Cup Yogurt
  • ½ Cup Honey
  • ⅓ Cup Oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla Extract


  1. Grease a 9×5 loaf pan, and line the bottom with parchment paper to prevent sticking. Alongside this, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir all ingredients together until well combined. Ensure the batter is smooth and evenly mixed.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula. Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  4. After baking, turn the oven off, but do not open the door even a crack. Leave the protein banana bread in the closed oven for an additional five minutes. This helps to ensure the bread finishes cooking evenly and prevents it from collapsing.
  5. Remove the pan from the oven and let the banana bread cool in the pan for a few minutes. Then, transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
  6. Once cooled, slice the protein banana bread into pieces as desired and serve on a plate. Enjoy this delicious and nutritious treat as a snack or part of a balanced breakfast!
