Coconut Mango Mousse
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Dymatize ISO100 Hydrolyzed Whey Protein – Gourmet Vanilla
- 1⁄2 cup fresh ripe mango pulp
- 1⁄4 cup coconut cream
- 1⁄4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup for sweetness
- 1⁄2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon gelatin or agar-agar
- 2 tablespoons warm water
- Toasted coconut flakes and mint leaves
Directions
- In a small bowl, dissolve gelatin or agar-agar in warm water. Let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
