  2. Next, warm a spoon under the tap, then scoop the ice cream into a bowl and enjoy right away.
  3. Transfer any remaining ice cream into a sealable Tupperware container and freeze for later.
  4. To keep your protein ice cream creamy, stir it every hour for the first four hours of freezing. If you prefer, you can skip this step and simply let the ice cream thaw for 15 minutes before serving.
  5. Add your favorite healthy toppings, such as cinnamon or blueberries, before eating.
