Ingredients
- 1 ⅓ cup all-purpose Flour
- 2 ½ teaspoons baking Powder
- 1⁄2 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Scoops Of ISO100 Fruity Pebbles
- 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 1 1⁄4 Cup Buttermilk
- 2 Eggs, Whisked
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1 Cup Strawberry Pulp
Directions
- Whisk all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and 2 scoops ISO100 Fruity Pebbles in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl combine the butter, buttermilk, eggs, strawberry pulp, and honey until combined.
- Whisk the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Heat a large pan on medium heat and grease with butter.
- Pour about ¼ cup of the pancake mixture onto the griddle.
- Cook for 2 – 3 minutes on each side.
- Serve with some strawberry pieces on top.
