Blueberry Oats Protein Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Dymatize Elite 100% Whey Gourmet Vanilla
- 40g rolled oats (about ½ cup)
- 150 ml milk (any milk)
- 50g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- Pinch cinnamon (optional)
Directions
- Add oats and milk to a bowl and microwave for 90 seconds until soft and thick.
