Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Dymatize Elite 100% Whey Gourmet Vanilla
  • 40g rolled oats (about ½ cup)
  • 150 ml milk (any milk)
  • 50g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • Pinch cinnamon (optional)

Directions

  1. Add oats and milk to a bowl and microwave for 90 seconds until soft and thick.
