Chocolate Protein Brownies

Chocolate Protein Brownies

  • 8g Protein

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of almond flour
  • 13 cup ISO100 Gourmet Chocolate
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 13 cup melted coconut oil or butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 23 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 12 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Grease an 8‑inch pan, or line it with parchment.
  2. Add all the ingredients in a blow and mix well.
  3. Spread this into the pan, using a second sheet of parchment if needed to press down evenly.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, then let cool. (They continue to firm up as they cool)
  5. Cut this baked sheet into small cubes and serve!
