Cinnamon Spiced Pumpkin Latte
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Dymatize ISO100 Cinnamon Churro Protein Powder
- 1⁄2 cup brewed coffee (or 1 shot espresso)
- 1⁄4 cup canned pumpkin purée
- 1⁄2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Sweetener of choice (stevia, honey, or maple syrup) to taste
- Optional: Whipped cream for topping (low-calorie or regular)
- Optional: Ice (for an iced version)
Directions
- Heat the Pumpkin Mixture:
- In a small saucepan, combine the almond milk, pumpkin purée, ground cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice (if using).
- Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture is warmed through but not boiling. Once heated, remove it from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Brew Your Coffee or Espresso: Brew 1⁄2 cup of coffee (or make 1 shot of espresso if you prefer a stronger flavor). Pour the brewed coffee into a large mug.
