Ingredients

  • 1 cup sweet, ripe mango chunks (fresh or frozen work perfectly)
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt or thick curd for a tangy, creamy baseline
  • ¼ cup milk or unsweetened almond milk to help the blender spin smoothly
  • 1 – 2 tsp honey or maple syrup (completely optional, depending on fruit sweetness)
  • A tiny pinch of ground cardamom powder (optional)

Directions

  1. Blend the base: Toss your sweet mango chunks, Greek yogurt, milk, Elite 100% Whey Gourmet Vanilla, honey, and optional cardamom powder straight into a high-speed blender. Blend for 45 seconds until the mixture turns into an exceptionally smooth, thick, and velvety purée.
  2. Fill your molds: Give the mixture a quick taste test to check the sweetness. Carefully pour the rich mango cream evenly into your favorite popsicle molds, leaving a tiny bit of space at the top for expansion.
  3. Freeze to set: Secure the lids, slide the popsicle sticks into position, and place the molds flat in the freezer. Let them chill undisturbed for 6 – 8 hours, or ideally overnight, until they are fully frozen solid.
  4. Unmold and enjoy: When you are ready to serve, run the bottom of the plastic molds under warm tap water for 5 – 10 seconds. This releases the popsicles effortlessly. Enjoy immediately!
