Mango Protein Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Dymatize ISO100 Gourmet Vanilla
  • ½ cup ripe mango pulp (fresh or frozen)
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt (or thick curd)
  • 2 – 3 tbsp cold milk or almond milk
  • Few ice cubes (optional, for fluffier texture)
  • Pinch of cardamom powder (optional, for flavor twist)

Directions

  1. Add mango pulp to a blender.
  2. Add 1 scoop of Dymatize ISO100 Gourmet Vanilla.
  3. Add Greek yogurt for creaminess and thickness.
  4. Pour in 2 – 3 tbsp milk to help blend smoothly.
  5. Add ice cubes if you want a lighter, mousse-like texture.
  6. Blend until smooth, thick, and airy.
  7. Chill for 20 – 30 minutes for best mousse consistency.
  8. Serve cold.
