Mango Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 peeled and diced ripe mango
- 1 scoop Elite 100% Whey Gourmet Vanilla
- 1 cup unsweetened milk of your choice
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup for sweetness
- 4 – 5 ice cubes
- A pinch of cinnamon or turmeric
- Chia seeds, fresh mint leaves, coconut flakes, pomegranate pearls, thin mango slices, and a spoonful of coconut cream for topping
Directions
- The first step is going to be the easy one. Peel and dice a fresh ripe mango.
- Add the diced mango, milk, Greek yogurt, and a scoop of Elite 100% Whey Gourmet Vanilla in a high-speed blender. Toss in the ice cubes, honey, cinnamon, or turmeric.
- Blend all of these for 30 – 60 seconds or until the texture is creamy and lump-free.
