We all grew up with Kaju Rolls, the melt-in-your-mouth cashew delight that’s impossible to resist. But this year, we decided to give it a protein-packed twist. By blending the richness of cashews with the smooth, creamy flavor of ISO100 Gourmet Vanilla, we created something that feels every bit as festive, just smarter.
Each bite brings you the same familiar Diwali sweetness, but this time it’s balanced with high-quality protein, less sugar & no compromise on taste.

Protein Kaju Roll
Ingredients
- ¾ cup (75g) cashew flour/powder
- 2 scoops(50g) Dymatize ISO100 Gourmet Vanilla
- 2 tbsp (20g) almond flour
- 2 tbsp(20g) erythritol/stevia (or to taste)
- 2 – 3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (add slowly to bind)
- 1 tsp ghee
- ¼ tsp cardamom powder
- Few drops rose water or saffron milk
- Optional filling: 15 – 20 g chopped pistachios + saffron strands
Directions
- Flavor: Add cardamom + rose water/saffron milk.
- Bind: Add melted ghee, then almond milk little by little, until a smooth dough forms.
- Shape: Roll between parchment sheets → spread pistachio filling → roll into a log → slice into 12 equal rolls.
Set: Chill for 20–30 mins before serving.
