Strawberry Protein Parfait
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Dymatize ISO100 Strawberry Protein
- 1⁄2 cup Greek yogurt (unsweetened, full-fat or low-fat, based on preference)
- 1⁄4 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional for added texture and fiber)
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 teaspoon honey or sweetener of choice (optional)
- A few more strawberry slices for topping
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and Dymatize ISO100 Strawberry Protein until smooth.
- Add almond milk and honey (if desired) to adjust consistency and sweetness.
- Layer the yogurt mixture in a glass or jar.
- Add a layer of fresh strawberry slices on top of the yogurt mixture.
- Repeat the layers if you like, and finish with a final layer of strawberries.
- Sprinkle chia seeds (optional) on top for extra texture and fiber.
- Chill in the fridge for 10 – 15 minutes (optional, but helps set the parfait).
- Serve and enjoy!
