Ingredients
- (1 serving | 1 glass/bowl)
- 1 scoop Dymatize Elite 100% Whey – Gourmet Vanilla
- 150 g thick yogurt (Greek yogurt preferred; hung curd also works)
- ¼ cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- Sweetener (optional, to taste)
- Optional topping: crushed almonds or granola (1 tsp)
Directions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt and protein powder until smooth.
- Add a layer of raspberries at the bottom of a glass.
