Ingredients

  • (1 serving | 1 glass/bowl)
  • 1 scoop Dymatize Elite 100% Whey – Gourmet Vanilla
  • 150 g thick yogurt (Greek yogurt preferred; hung curd also works)
  • ¼ cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • Sweetener (optional, to taste)
  • Optional topping: crushed almonds or granola (1 tsp)

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt and protein powder until smooth.
  2. Add a layer of raspberries at the bottom of a glass.
  3. Spoon the protein-yogurt mix on top.
  4. Finish with a few more raspberries (and optional topping).
