- 1 scoop Dymatize ISO100 Gourmet Vanilla
- 2 tbsp oat flour (or powdered oats)
- 1 tbsp almond flour
- 1 – 2 tbsp milk (or almond milk)
- 1 tsp ghee or butter
- Sweetener to taste (stevia / monk fruit / honey optional)
- Pinch of salt (this makes it taste more “cookie-like”)
Directions
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add milk slowly and knead into a soft dough.
- Mix in ghee for that classic sugar-cookie feel.
- Roll the dough flat and cut heart shapes using a cutter.
- Chill for 10 minutes before serving.
- Optional: Light pan-toast for 30 – 40 seconds per side for a warm, bakery-style bite.
