What Makes These Three-Ingredient Protein Brownies Different?

The appeal of Three-Ingredient recipes is their simplicity. Instead of a long list of ingredients, this brownie combines three staples into a quick homemade snack.

Dymatize Elite 100% Whey Rich Chocolate provides 25g of protein per 36g serving and contains a blend of whey protein sources. It is also suitable for cooking and baking, making it a practical addition to homemade recipes.

The banana provides moisture and natural sweetness, while cocoa powder enhances the chocolate flavour of the Elite 100% Whey Rich Chocolate.

Three-Ingredient Protein Brownie

Ingredients

  • 1 medium Ripe banana
  • 1 scoop (36g) Dymatize Elite 100% Whey Rich Chocolate
  • 2 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder

Directions

Mash the banana

  1. Place the ripe banana in a mixing bowl and mash it thoroughly with a fork until smooth.

Add the protein powder and cocoa

  1. Add one scoop of Elite 100% Whey Rich Chocolate and two tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder. Mix until the ingredients are well incorporated.

Check the consistency

  1. The batter should be thick and smooth. If it feels too dry, add a small splash of milk or water to help bring the mixture together. This is only a consistency adjustment and is not part of the three-ingredient base.

Prepare the baking dish

  1. Line a small baking dish or loaf tin with parchment paper. Transfer the mixture into the dish and spread it evenly.

Bake

  1. Place the dish in a preheated oven at 175°C for approximately 10 – 15 minutes. Baking time may vary depending on the size and depth of the dish, so check the brownie toward the end of the cooking time.

Cool and slice

  1. Let the brownie cool before cutting it into squares. Cooling helps the Protein Brownies hold their shape more easily.
