Vanilla Mango Custard

This Mango Custard is a delightful, creamy dessert that perfectly balances the tropical sweetness of ripe mangoes with a smooth, vanilla-infused custard. The addition of ISO100 Gourmet Vanilla whey protein powder not only enhances the flavor but also adds a healthy protein boost.


Vanilla Mango Custard

  • 50g Protein

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ripe mango, pureed
  • 1 cup ripe mango, finely chopped
  • 2 cups of milk
  • ¼ cup of Stevia or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of cornflour
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 scoops of ISO100 Gourmet Vanilla protein powder

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the cornflour and 2 scoops of ISO100 protein powder with a little milk until smooth.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the milk and Stevia. Heat until it comes to a boil. Gradually add the cornflour-protein mixture to the boiling milk, whisking continuously until it thickens.
  3. Remove from heat and let it cool down and then you need to stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Add the mango purée and finely chopped mangoes, mixing well.
  5. Pour the mixture into small bowls and top with extra mango pieces. All you have to do now is chill this in the refrigerator for a few hours and serve cold.
