Chia Pudding

Chia Pudding

  • 25g Protein

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 240 ml (1 cup) almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 scoop Elite 100% Gourmet Vanilla
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) vanilla extract
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) maple syrup or honey (optional for sweetness)
  • A small bowl full of berries, banana slices, and kiwis
  • Some berries, banana slices, and kiwis for topping
  • Almonds, walnuts, and pumpkin seeds for topping

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine chia seeds and almond milk.
  2. Add vanilla protein powder, vanilla extract, and maple syrup and stir well to combine. Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes, then stir again to break up any clumps.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, until the mixture thickens to a pudding-like consistency.
  4. Once the chia pudding is set, give it a good stir and divide the chia pudding into serving bowls.
  5. Top with fresh fruits, nuts, and seeds as desired.
