Protein Cappuccino Delight
Ingredients
- 1 cup of strong brewed coffee
- 1 scoop Elite 100% Whey Gourmet Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1⁄2 cup of milk for frothing
- 1 teaspoon sugar or sweetener of choice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon for a hint of spice
Directions
- First, you start by brewing a strong cup of your favorite coffee.
- In a shaker bottle or blender, mix the Elite 100% Whey Gourmet Vanilla Protein Powder with a small amount of hot coffee until fully dissolved and smooth.
- In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling. Once that is boiled, use a frother or whisk to froth the milk until it becomes creamy and frothy.
- Now you pour the brewed coffee into a large mug. Add the dissolved protein mixture and stir well until it all blends well.
- Gently pour the frothed milk over the coffee mixture, using a spoon to hold back the foam initially and then scooping the foam on top.
- Add your preferred sweetener to taste. Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon on top and enjoy your hot protein cappuccino immediately while it’s warm and frothy!
