  • 1 14 cups self-raising flour

  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • Butter or extra oil (for greasing the pan)

  • Honey or maple syrup

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the self-raising flour, Elite 100% Whey Gourmet Vanilla protein powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then add in the milk and cooking oil.
